my husband is in prison for 40mos and i live in our home thats still in his aunts name and land in his mothers name and she passed away in 12-2019 and the estate is still in probate with his sister as execator and lied to lawyer saying my husband would be gone 20 years and said to put all my husbands things in her name hes to inherate 2 vehicles land and mobile home that hes lived in for past 5yrs. shes sont want me here cause she knows ill fight for whats rightfully my husbands can she make me leave and can she take my husbands things

An executor's duty is to gather all the assets, sell them if needed to pay all the debts and then distribute the rest according to the Will. If your have no written lease or if the lease so provides, you must leave.
Only your husband can transfer title to his vehicles, etc.
