Elder lawyers regularly make house calls.  You can find one near you using the Find a Lawyer function on the website of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (www.naela.org)

This is general information. It cannot substitute for a personal consultation with an attorney. It is not intended to be legal advice or imply an attorney-client relationship.

Many estate planning attorneys will come to a potential client's home if the potential client has severe mobility issues like you describe. The only way to find out whether a given attorney is willing to make a trip to your home, however, is to contact that attorney's office directly and ask. If the attorney is fairly close to you, especially, they may not mind.
