More details to this question:
probate admin administrator delaying case over 2 years, unnecessary, I spend money, just to get him to do his job appointed by the court and still does has not performed, my lawyer keeps pushing him to do, it costs us money every time, can we sue him for this unnecessary expense he has caused us?

You may be better off asking the court to replace him.
