contesting a power of attorney's decision after death

More details to this question:
Aunt died. Power of Attorney (who is not an heir) is making decisions which totally excludes proper heirs. keeping all info to himself. dont know how to dispute/contest. Am one of surviving heirs.

A power of attorney terminates at the death of the principal.  You will have to file a petition with the probate court to challenge the acts of the attorney-in-fact after death.
