Father passed away leaving a will, the estrange wife has obtained a attorney to dispute what my fathers will states, and is looking to sue us (his daughters) for her share that the will state she has not entitlement to?

It appears from the few facts you provide that the estranged wife is going to try to have the existing will thrown out and an earlier will (which names her) be deemed your father's last will & testament.
