My father passed 2 yrs. ago. My two sisters and I inherited his home in Harrison, NY (10528). One of my sisters is the executrix. To date the will hasn't be filed with probate and the assets distributed. I would just like to know what my options are to expedite. Said sister is living in the home and collecting monies from the rental. In short she is living and paying all the bills in association with the upkeep of property.

You need to bring a petition to compel filing of the will. Or, you can file a copy, and then see if she turns in the original. Or, you can file an administration if you have no personal knowledge the will exists at all.
