Recently my mother passed. I found out my sister fraudulantly took out 2 loans totalling 1.7 million on mothers property. The company is going after the property now. There is a court date in November. I live in Seattle, Washington. The case is being heard in NY. What can I do, what are my rights. My mother had no will. there are 4 siblings.

It depends on the nature of the fraud, and whether there is an estate formed. Too much information is missing to answer credibly.
