More details to this question:
So this is my situation, my Grandmother died 20 years ago and left my mom property, cash, stocks, my mom was remarried by this time and then died 8 years ago, my stepfather then sold everything and bought a house in Ocean shores 5 years ago, and now he passed away last night. His son came up from California two weeks ago and believes everything left is his because he is the biological son to my step dad. So what are my options if any?

You and your siblings may inherit your mother's separate property....if she did not Will it to your stepfather.  Consult a local probate attorney.
