More details to this question:
Attorney handling my mother's estate for 2 years now finally sent me papers in the mail but I have to appear in court tomorrow morning saying that I am incompetent running the business that my mom left me or that I'm a liability. His math is off saying that I owe a portion of it to my brothers and sisters because of some loophole. But I got the papers 2 days ago I have to appear in court tomorrow morning so he didn't give me much time to prepare question is should I show up with an attorney I don't have one as of yet can I ask the judge for a continuance to get an attorney
