Do I need to file probate on my mothers estate?

More details to this question:
My mother passed away in January. She had a manufactured home in a park and a bank account. I am on the title to the home as on "or" situation. I am also on the bank account. I am also only beneficiary on life ins. Will there be any taxes? She owes medicals and credit card bills only. She left no will.

You need to meet with a probate attorney. If all of her assets were titled jointly, then a probate is not necessary.
