Does a gifted vehicle pass outside a will?

More details to this question:
My mother gifted me a vehicle a few years ago, and signed the title over to me. She passed away in march of this year One of my brothers is trying to pressure me into getting bluebook value for the car, and pay him the bluebook value. Does he have any legal standing to force me to do this?

Gifts do not come back into an estate except in a few cases. You brother has no claim here.
