More details to this question:
My father passed away 12/13/2001 at 88. He was a doctor in Wichita Falls. He left his entire estate to his 28 yr old. girlfriend/step-granddaughter (think Woody Allen). The sale of our family home worth $250K - $350k is set to close on 9/12/2021 in Wichita County as his "Girlfriend" is sneakily selling it with a fake coerced will and an order admitting will to probate as muniment of title coerced and signed by judge Woody Gossum. Then she's moving out of state. 4512 Lake Park Drive, Wichita Falls. He left me and my 2 brothers NOTHING. My father sexually abused me from the time of awareness until I was 12. I can provide witnesses. I have PTSD and nightmares to this day. Can I stop the sale of the estate and sue the estate for damages to me a sexual assault victim? There is no way to prove undue influence or diminished capacity regarding the will as he's dead.
