More details to this question:
My wife and her brother are co-executor of their mother's estate. My wife's brother has power of attorney. My wife and i were living with and taking care of her for the last four years before her death. Since he death we have trying to find somewhere else to love but economics and the pandemic have made it very hard. He has now said he wants us out by the end of the month so he can sell the condo. We want to move, do not want to further escalate an already acrimonious situation, but we are having issues finding housing. Can we be evicted? Forced out?

It is the executor's duty to evict you and sell the condo in order to pay your mother-in-law's debts and distribute what remains according to her Will. Maybe the executors would agree to rent to you for a few months.

This is general information. It cannot substitute for a personal consultation with an attorney. It is not intended to be legal advice or imply an attorney-client relationship.
