My father passed away in tamarack florida, I live in california he left us after I graduated high school his new family wont tell me anything about will or estate, i heard from an uncle that it was left to chatity,can i stop this

You can check the probate records in the county where your father lived and died.
If the Wll left everything to charity, it goes to charity.
