Father's unfinished living trust & pour over will.

More details to this question:
my father past away in CA last August. His other 4 properties are also in CA. He had $112,000 in various banking accts. He had only one property in the trust. My sister is trustee and will not devulge any information in regards to his estate. His estate is to be split equally between siblings.

Your sister may be required by law to divulge to you what the terms of your father's trust is if you are named as a beneficiary.  You may have to bring a court action against her if she won't cooperate.
