More details to this question:
My Father passed away in 2003. I just found out that he is part owner (with his deceased brother)of a piece of property in another state. It was not included in his will. Do I have to go through Florida probate?

If you need to file and estate for the out of state property, it is usually done in the state where the property is situated.
