grandfathers will

More details to this question:
my grandfather recently passed away in Oregon and im asking his wife for a copy of his will and estate plans. (he has a couple estates n properties around oregon area)she refuses to give that up. she just says he left me something.... can i get a copy or the will? or my mother (his daughter)

When the Will is submitted to probate, it will become a public document.  Some counties have these online.  If the county in which your grandfather died does not, you can request acopy from the probate court clerk.
