Help for case of intentional emotional distress

After my mom died in 2013 my brother would not give me keys to come back to our mom house and I have the text old phone I think. He told me that he and my niece only have keys. Never has called me in over 10+ years. In Oct 2021 our dad died and neither he or my sister called me. Niece emailed me. He intentionally left my picture off my dads obituary and made it about him. He pushed a pic of me and niece away she was trying to include at the funeral home. Money left from my dad was given to my niece and dad's friend before I knew of any money. Sis never paid for my mom's funeral but she and my niece got money. He put my dad's niece on the obituary to hurt me and my dad use to call her a whore. This little boy even took a picture of me and my uncle after my dad's funeral which later made no sense to me. I'm the youngest 43 now and their 5/6 years older. Both always been controlling, manipulative, no accountability- dysfunction. I have from my sis and subtle ways of abuse.
