If the owner of a home passes away without a will yet owes on a home equity line of 30,000.00 The daughter, son in law and grandson have lived in the home for 6 years. However, there was no will. What rights do the current tenants have?

The house will go to the decwased heirs, subject to the equity line. atenant will have to deal with the new owner.
