Home ownership without name on it

More details to this question:
I was bought a house by my mother before she ever married I did not get it put in my name and now she has died and I want to keep my house I have been there for 13 years

The name on the deed is the name of the owner.  See a local probate lawyer about whether the home can pass to you as your mother's separate property under Kentucky law.
