More details to this question:
Good afternoon, I have a relative who is from the Bahamas, but went to Florida for medical reasons, while he was in Florida he died, before he died he prepared a will, in Florida, which is under Florida law. The will only leaves property in the Bahamas, he owned nothing in Florida. Would i still have to go through the probate court in Florida or is there a shorter way? I have to get the grant of representation in Florida before the courts in the Bahamas will allow resealing of the grant.

Probate is held where the person died or held real property.  Based on your description, the Bahamas is where the probate should occur.  Whether the Bahamas court will recognize the Florida Will is another question.
