How can I get a property deed willed to me.

More details to this question:
My father passed away in 2013 and his wife at that time sold the property to me but now that I'm selling the property I can't find the paperwork, what can I do?

All deeds must be recorded with the county clerk. Check the clerk's records. They are public documents.
