Asked on Jan 17th, 2021 on Wills and Probate - Kansas
More details to this question:
My father passed away July 28,2019 I was unable to be with my sibling at the time and I was told my dad made my sister executor of his estate. I have not been allowed to view my dads last will and testament. I do believe my sister is being deceptive in what my father left each of his 4 children. What are my rights in this case.

This is general information. It cannot substitute for a personal consultation with an attorney. It is not intended to be legal advice or imply an attorney-client relationship.
