QUESTION

How can I view my grandmothers will?

Asked on Aug 03rd, 2017 on Wills and Probate - Indiana
More details to this question:
My grandmother passed away recently and I know she had a will because she told me so when she was alive. When it came time for the reading of her will my uncle did not allow my cousin or I in the room but my brother and our other cousins where. How can I view this will? When she was alive she made it clear to me that if something happened to her I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Here recently since her death my uncle has come up with all kinds of new vehicles and all kinds of new things that he was never able to afford before what can we do?

A will should be probated in Court.  Consult with an attorney, who will check to see if a probate estate has been opened already, or advise you on how to open one if one does not exist. There are time limits so call an attorney right away.   Good luck.
