How do I find my dad's attorney who had his will?

More details to this question:
I found out last night my dad died January 28. I was the first family member contacted by a relative of the family that we believe is still receiving his social security check. Who also took residents in his house that was deed to my brother. This is crazy

The attorney who drafted it may have the original or may have a copy.
To flush out the original, hire a local probate attorney to file an application for a determination of heirship.
Also contact social security and ask your brother whether he would like to go to small claims court to bring an eviction action.
