My grandparents passed away and I’m their only grandchild. My grandma was killed in 2004 and my grandpa passed in 2006 I know they had a living trust but recently I went down to public records and found a copy of my grandma’s will but it only names representatives and not beneficiaries or names to inherited. There’s a lot of money involved as well as business and farm stocks etc. I asked my mom and she said grandchildren don’t inherit but it’s only my uncle my mom and myself are all the family. I don’t see my grandmother leaving me nothing. I’ve been told by a coupe people that my grandma left me a lot but my mom says the people telling me this are messing with me, I’m not the type of person someone messes with. I’m trying to find out if I inherited from my grandma or grandparents. I was in prison when they both passed away, so I was not around but I know my grandma or grandpa wouldn’t disown me
If you were not in the Will, you do not inherit under it.
If the Will was invalid, your mother and your uncle inherit as heirs. You do not. You are a descendant but not an heir.
