how do i fine a lein against an estate?

More details to this question:
i have been takeing care of a man for the last 4 years 24/7 and his family told me they were going to pay me but never has. he died last month and now his daughter is saying she is going to turn off the utilities after she told me i could stay here.

Yes.  You must file a credior's claim together with a copy of the employment contract and evidence of nonpayment.
