My stepfather changed my mothers will right before she died my mother was placed in a hospice facility she suffered from dementia and hulusinations she didn't know where she was or who you was somedays is what he did legal and how do i get the original copy of the will

Only your mother herself can change her Will. When "her" new Will is presented for probate (proving), it becomes a public document. If you have a copy of her "old" Will or evidence that her dementia was advanced to the point that she could not have had a "lucid moment" in which to make a new Will, contact a probate lawyer who practices in the county in which she died.
