How do I make a will for my savings?

More details to this question:
A best friend of mine gave me some cash money to help me out... nobody else,..expect my sister, and my children know. I am thinking to save them in one safe deposit box sharing it with my friend. I trust my friend, but thinking different reason, after I will pass out, she may not be able to give the money to my family,,,that is why I need your help to make out a will, make sure the money goes to my family. Cash is not titled.  Therefore, a will is not going to insure what happens to it.  The other person could take it and deny it exists.  That is why a bank account is better.
