How do I obtain a copy of someone's will?

More details to this question:
My daughter's tuition is paid for by her pa pa. He passed in 2019. I need to know what costs are covered. Her books? Uniforms? Etc

When a Will is admitted to probate it becomes a public document. Check with the clerk of the county probate court.
