how do i protest the will when there was an add on to the will

there was a signed document to add me on to collect i believe it was 50,000.00 for when mr del grande died it may have read 50,000,00 a year because he told me i was to get 1,000,000.00 and i have been his person assistant for 13 years i did everything for him personal and businesshe he owned 3 pcs of property one worth 11,000,000.00 and 3 business's an auto machine shop, mechanics,shop and a auto store, 4 residentcial & rents to one other comer. l live on the big property and today got served a 30 day quit the family has taken my cars and all my paper work business and personal i know i would need to give back their documents but not my work for i have not been paid i do have a permant power of attorny w/irs, i do have signed by me construction permit, inspection reports from the fire department affidavit of paul stating in court that i am his personal iassistant plus many other testamonies his daughter slanders me stating for 13 years ive squated lied and im a drug ad.met her once
