More details to this question:
I live in the state of Florida. I am a beneficiary of a will. The person who placed the will passed on May 2009 and as of yet all I have received back in June 2009 was the copy of the will. I have called the lawyer numerous time and each time I speak with him he furthers out the date of when it will all be setteled. Ive called various times the past year and have left message, but havent heard from him. I need to know what type of lawyer I should hire in order to help me with this situation.

You should seek out an attorney who practices in the field of probate. Probate proceedings have statutory deadlines for the filing of pleadings. A probate attorney can help you determine the current status of the proceedings.
