How to become my moms represntative in class action suit after her passing.

More details to this question:
My mom passed while being invovled in a class action suit. Her executor did not want to purse it as it had no benefit to her. Her estate was settled. I want to purse this suit. How do I become her legal reprsentative to continue with this. What paperwork do I need to file and in what state. Mom lived in Florida I live in North Carolina.

You may want to check with the Attorney handling the class Action Suit. Normally, the Estate would be reopened and you would be appointed as Executor for the sole purpose of representing your mother in the litigation.  A Florida lawyer will have to do that for you if your mother's eastate was in Florida.   Good Luck,  John E.
