How to get info on executor and details of estate?

Dad died 2001, left all to Stepmom, who lived with her blind & uncommunicative daughter until passing in May 2015. Still no word on disposition of estate. How to get details? Am I executor?

Did your father and your stepmother have an estate plan? Either a living trust or wills? When you stated that your dad left everythin to your stepmom do you know that for a fact?
A little bit more info will go a long way to allow me to provide you with a coherent answer.
