"Funeral expenses" is generally meant to cover expenses typically associated with a funeral. The two days in the funeral home followed by burial is likely a reasonable funeral expense. Under Georgia law, funeral expenses are paid from the deceased person's estate. The language you cite, in combination with Georgia law, means yes, all funeral-related expenses should get paid from the estate. However: some items are not funeral-related for this purpose, such as travel for out-of-town family members to attend the funeral. Ideally, who ever is administering the estate will have an attorney help them determine the best way to handle this issue and other issues.
