More details to this question:
My dad died in Folkston Georgia on last Sunday the 27 th my brother has a hard copy of his will. My brother said I am in it but will not send me a copy and is saying my father gave up rights to me. I found him when I was 18 and he welcomed me in and now that he has passed the other family is saying I was adopted, which I was never and have proof. How am I supposed to know what the will says and when I’m supposed to receive a copy. I live in Oklahoma City. Do I need to be there for the reading ? I’ve never gone through this before and do not know the laws. Are they allowed to keep my portion? They are trying to exclude me as much as they can.

You need to talk with a Georgia Attorney about the situation. A court can order the production of the will if you have proof that someone has possession of this document.
