I live in NY. How can I delete my deceased husband from the Deed.?

More details to this question:
We both owned the property as husband and wife and i am trying to refinance and the bank wants me to go to court to get a legal doc stating that I am the ONLY owner.

In PA, husband and wife automatically own by the entirities so when one dies, the other owns title free and clear. In that case, you would just hire an attorney to prepare a new deed and file it. Check with a NY attorney.
