QUESTION
I need direction for handling my brothers estate.

More details to this question:
He passed away last Wednesday. He has no children, spouse or will. I have a sister and another brother. We all live out of state. However, I am temporarily down in Broward County with my husband as he is here for work. I have no idea on how to procede.
