she lives in California..Has no money but owns a home. she is 73 and a big drinker...she wants to get one but I(her daughter need to pay for it) Can you tell me briefly the process ? I also need to become power of attorney...She is slowly getting dementia...although I am not sure if its from the drinking because while sober she is sharp. I don't know where to start...She had to children but one is not really in her life so she plans on leaving home to me....What are the options she has or best way to go about?
