QUESTION

I wish to renunciate my inheritence

Asked on Nov 25th, 2015 on Wills and Probate - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I found several simple 'renunciation of ineritance" forms on the internet. A witness is required. May I use a notary public as a witness? To whom do I submit the form once completed? Do I need an attorney to represent me in this matter?

You can use a notary as a witness.  Submit the form to the county probate office of the county in which the will was admitted to probate.
