I would like to know my rights/options.

More details to this question:
My Dad passed away without a will. He was married. I am his only daughter which he had out of wedlock. He has no other children. There are 2 properties and other assests. He wanted me to have one of the properties which title is only under his name. We had made two appointments to make a will, but he passed away.

Hire a local probate lawyer to help you apply for a determination of heirship and to determine which property would pass to his wife and which to you.
