QUESTION

If a will is only notarized without witnesses how can i get it probated

More details to this question:
I have my fathers will dated 2019 The problem he did get two witnesses to sign he only had it notarized will this be accepted by the probate court or will I have to bring in experts to prove his signature

Rather than experts, you may be able to ask two people who will not inherit and who are familiar with his signature to testify.  Check with a local probate attorney.
