QUESTION

If there are two wills one done in 2004 and another in 2014 which will is valid?

More details to this question:
my grandfather was in the early stages of Alzheimer's when his children had him create another Will in 2014, thinking he did not have one. They have went through papers and just found a will he had created in 2004 that he had forgotten about due to the illness. Which will would be valid?

The 2014 will is the latest in time and therefore the valid one if he was competent when he executed the will. If he was not competent, then the 2004 comes into effect.
