I live in California and my uncle lived in Miami I haven't heard from him for years but come to find out from my cousin that he put us on his will. Who do I contact to find out what's left for me? Thanks
The court in the county where your uncle lived at the time of his death is supposed to have a copy of his will. Otherwise, his attorney or next of kin may have a copy of it.
