My grandmother passed away in 1992 in the state of California before she passed she told me that when she dies the house will go to me and my siblings and that we all had trust funds but we couldn’t get it until we were a certain age she had a will but when she passed they could not find the will so everything went into probate and was given to my aunt

You should have been entitled to a distribution. A number of questions need to be answered. How old were you and your siblings? What happened to your parent who was the child of your grandmother? Was your aunt your guardian? Of course, there will also need to be a review of the court documents.
