Based on what you wish to accomplish, it is not a living will but a last will that you would want to have prepared. However, you should be aware that there are other estate planning tools in addition to a last will that can be employed to pass property to your children. It would truly serve your interests to consult with an estate planning attorney to explore all your options. All the best.
