QUESTION

Is it time to get my own attorney

Asked on Jul 31st, 2019 on Wills and Probate - California
More details to this question:
2017 in New York state where I live in California. My sister was appointed as executrix in July of 2017 and as of today she has only giving me information when I have begged and pleaded for it and little at best then. In November a 2018 I got a partial payment on the estate and I'm still waiting for closure. Despite my request to her and the estate attorney for updates I have heard nothing since April from either one of them. I'm not sure what to do with this point.
