QUESTION

Is my original will nullified?

More details to this question:
First marriage Dec 1990 in France. Will done in the UK with first wife. divorce with first wife in Dec 2010 pronounced in the UK. Feb 2010, married to second wife in California. If I write a will now, will this will nullify the previous one? thank you for your help. Bruno

Most wills include language that the current will supersedes all prior wills even if you don't explicitly revoked the prior will.
