More details to this question:
My grandfather died back in 2011. His brother was left as executor. He passed away. My mother is contesting the will but as far as i know the paperwork is correct but there has been no movement in court for at least 2 years. Can i get a pro bono lawyer to move things along?

If there is money worth fighting for, there is money to pay a lawyer.  No one does probate pro bono as by definition there is money.
