More details to this question:
I am 1/4 heir to a property which has been in probate since 2015. I was just made aware 2 months ago. The 1/4 who live in the home want everyone to give up their share since they've been paying the bills since 2015. There is still a mortgage left on the home, but I'm seeing conflicted numbers on how much the actual property is worth

I am not certain I see a question. I would advise you to seek out experienced probate, trusts and estate counsel asap to avoid wasting any of your rights and in hopes of getting the full picture. Good luck.
